The SSA played a pivotal role in Aaron’s recovery and reinvention. When Aaron was at his lowest—physically disabled and emotionally adrift—the SSA stepped in to provide critical support. Through their connections, they facilitated his access to resources like service dog training, enabling Aaron to regain mobility and independence with the help of his Doberman, Vito. The SSA also offered emotional and financial support, bridging gaps that other organizations overlooked, particularly in addressing the needs of Aaron’s family.

Aaron credits the SSA for his ability to stand tall today, both literally and metaphorically, as he continues to inspire others through his story and service.
